OCWEN- should be illegal. Their practices and the way they treat -read mistreat- their customers are unheard of. They probably break every law in a
customer satisfaction book and yet, they're still in business. Just to list a few of their practices: making
false promises, asking for documents they never look at (they say they never got the fax), one
ocwen employee not familiar with any financial discussions you had with another one before him, harassing people with automatic
phone calls -2 a day- that are never answered, not willing to negotiate anything that is not in their advantage . I wonder if they advertise so many houses for sale on the net, why wouldn't they settle for a short sale or a
loan modification? They would not even talk to an agent.
