I purchased my house with Ocwen Loan Servicing.

Recently I got in a little financial difficulty . I find out that myhouse is being foreclosured because of late charges attorney fees(etc)I can't keep up with my payment late fees keep adding on.I spoke to a

Loan Resouliton about a Loan Modification which they approved the loan .My concern is I haven't got

the paperwork yet It is very difficult to get through to the company the same story,you will get the papers e-mail within 24hrs,I'm still waiting for the papers,send papers.

I too am in forclosure thru Owen. I filed bankruptcy last year and put the house in the bankruptcy. We moved out and they still have not taken the house. I have emailed them and talked to their lawyer and told them do what you want, I dont live there anymore and I am not responsible for the house !!!!!! 7 months later the house is just sitting there grass growing !!!!!!

I too am going into forclosure and I worked out a resolution plan and the paper work was to follow. Nothing! Just a bill for 12,000 dollars in late fees. I called again and was refused to talk to the original person, this person from who knows where he is talking from is un understandable. He was going to put a rush on it. ( right )

I told them to come get the house, and when they get here there will be no pipes , furnace windows will be broke place will be destroyed. Two can play this rip of scam
