I need to know about class action suit also because they need to pay for their schemes. My loan was in modification and forbearance but they keep saying it one thing. I just don't know what my payment is now and hopefully I don't loose my home.

We have a 3 year A.R.M with Ocwen and the A.R.M is up this year, we're trying to refi before the interest sky rockets, but in doing this we found out that there is a 7700.00 dollars penalty fee. What can we do?
