I have been trying to contact Ocwen for over a month to get my ARM modified. All I get is excuses like "call back in 24 hours"; "our systems are updating", etc. Plus, with the heavey INDIAN accent, I can't hardly undersatnd them.

I've filed a complaint with the FTC and the Florida Chief Financial Officer, but don't know how good it will do.

All I want to do is talk to someone who has my file on their desk so they can tell me what the problem is! Anybody got a US number?

I got them to do a rework in 3 weeks start to finish. I have personal cell #'s for 2 VP's their Ombudsman, etc. Contact me and I'll be happy to assist. I enjoy taking on BS companies for fun.

Call 877-596-8580 and tell them you are supposed to have a US only agents flag on your acct, and demand to be trans to West Palm Beach Fl or Orlando.
