I am very unhappy about my mortgage we started out with Litton and refinanced with Ocwen but ended up with payments higher , then after a couple years, I tried to refinace to the lower interest rate and they said I couldn't even though my payments were on time from day 1, I just realized that they are charging me tax insurance and mortgage insurance when I pay the taxes and insurance myself. I cannot get any help the payment is to high with the rising cost of food,gas, utilities, I was hoping to lower the payments due to finacial hardship and they would not help me.

I had the same issue and caught the increase immediatley for the insurance. Having worked for a motgage company I called them on it and threeatened a law suite for bad business practice. Ocwen immediatly sold my loan before the next payment was due, Insurance still attached and was it was left up to the new mortgage broker to deal with.

I had the same issue with Ocwen. It took me over 5 months to get it corrected and statement corrected. How do I get back the countless hours I spent on phone talking to India. I can't understand them and they can't understand me. The silly thing is that I have new insurance. I work for the company that I have it through, I know the the paperwork was faxed to them. they claim that they have no record of it when I talk to people after the fax. But at the time they acknowledge receiving it. I will do everything I can to do get out of my loan with them.
