Ocwen complaint

I tried to make our mortgage payment online then when I tried it said there is a problem. They want to charge me $10.00 to process my payment online. If i call them they are going to chage me additional 19.50 to process it over the phone. I asked them how they can get away with this. They told me its not them its where I live that is making them charge these fees. I live in Ohio and Ocwen needs to be STOPPED! This company is scamming people out of alot of money. They are saying we owe them $21,000 in late fee and charges. How can that be?

This Company needs to be looked into by the Federal Goverment, they are a scam and good luck finding anyone whom can help you that speaks english, Companies like this is why people are losing their homes and it's legal rape.

Most mortgage lenders charge you to make payments over the phone or internet. My electric company does the same thing too. It's basically a convenience charge for you.

That is exactly what my husband and I are dealing with, they say we owe thme 2,000 in fees, then ask what the fees are and they tell you they do not have that information. I have contacted numerous people for some help before we lose our home to these scum..They are reporting that we are 4 months beind on our credit report so we can not even refianance.Good Luck!!
