What is being done about Ocwen is what I want to know. I am contacting my State Credit Commissioner and filing a complaint, they have run me into an 8K negative and misapplied some of my payments so they are showing me past due and I have made every single payment on time every single month. Rip OFF artists! No wonder they have so many REOs listed on their web site. I have asked customer service for a copy of their payment history to find out where they applied my payments for two years and to this day, they have sent me nothing, Can the do this?

These people at Ocwen are just outright thieves and lyers... How do we fight against this company and what they are doing to consumers. How do they stay in business taking advantage of customers like us... If anyone knows how to get to them please help

It's sad to think that companies can get away with scams. I wanted to modify and since I've read all the complaints about Ocwen I won't.

It appears that the American Way is to scam people. Boy what image do companies show the rest of the world. It's realy sad

this company has been extremely fair to us. we did have an issue with our insurance that we always pay in advance but they finally corrected it. When i call them on the phone they always answer promptly and are pretty courteous as well. I can tell that they outsource their call center but thus far the call center employees are fluent in english and dont constantly ask you to repeat yourself. (I hate that) I think their in India but im not certain. Ive had problems with my mtg but have worked out a modification and it has helped our family tremendously.I was very worried initially that they might not hold up to the agreement but up to this point they have done everything they said they would. I ve never waited more than 10 minutes with them to answer a call. Maybe ive been lucky; I dont know. Ive noticed a few comments above mine regarding this company seem to be extremely elementary and hostile. If you try and work with them I really think it will be to your benefit. They have been pretty fair to us! Good luck to all! p.s. no i dont work for them.

I'm having the same problems that other's have complaints. I had seen on the World News about this lady was having the same complaints that everyone else is putting in and hired a Attorney. I have not heard anything else on the subject. I'm going to do the same thing. Ocwen leaves their customers on hold for 20-30 min. @ a time and then get cutoff. They always have some one on lline that does not speak fluent English. I know that I"ve been late on payments, I've filled out a loan modification papers to get into a fixed rate to lower payments We wanted to include our taxes & Ins in with our payments like we always have done, and they said ok. Next thing I know we received a letter saying saying that we would have to pay our own taxes & ins. I'm just tired of dealing with these people . I hope we can all get together and get these resolved.

Ocwen is a blatant loan servicing

fraudster. They make their money

by stealing equity after they create

a default out of thin air. There is no

way to reason with them. Go to

mortgage servicing fraud web site

to find out how to fight them. Good luck. I beat them, you can too!

If you are requesting any information from your loan servicer (i.e. payment history for your account or requesting a breakdown of fees charged on your loan), you need to do so in writing as a "qualified written request under Section 6 of RESPA," and send it certified. They have to respond to your request within 20 days and resolve your issue within 60 days.

I am in AZ and am having the same issues as many of you with OCWEN. They have filed foreclosure on me even though I have been making all my payments. When I call them I get someone in India, that read scripts and refuse to answer questions.

I too have requested a pay history and get nothing from them. I have copies of all my bank statements showing my payments they have procesed each and every month. However, when I submit them to OCWEN they say they need copies of my cancelled checks. But they process the checks electronically so there is no cancelled check to show. (My statement is very clear the payment was processed by ocwen.)

This month they just tacked on another $1500.00 in "fee's". Last month it was $700.00, the month before $500.00. However it clearly shows on their statement and their customer service reps tell me all I have outstanding is a balance of $247.00 the remaining $5,000.00 is FEE's!! Fee's they refuse to explain and can't explain when asked.

Are there any class action suits being sought in Arizona against them? If so I want to be a party to this!!!

I also just found out they are not even licensed to do business in Arizona!!!

Yes, Ocwen is the worst, the cheated me very bad. I was behind 2 months and when I called them to ask for help, they offered to get me on a forbearance plan. Telling me they would also change my loan to be escrowed. We went over the new payment plan over the phone. They said don't do this month payment, your 1st payment will be due until next month, it resulted to be that they never escrowed my account since they said it was negative, they only put it on a forberance plan and I received a forclosure letter saying that I was behind 90 days, I was only behind 2 months not 3, they lied and told me not to make one month payment so obviously that made me fall behind another month, then they went and reported that to my credit and now I have so much trouble trying to refinance. I have made calculations of everything I have paid, and I paid them more than 3 months they claimed I owed. As of this day I still have charges in my statements that I have no Idea where they come from and why they are charging me...

Ocwen are liars. On their web site it clearly states that if you are having financial difficulties to contact them and they will work with you. Bull S--t!!!!! I have tried for several months to get some type of help from these people but everyone I have talked to has been VERY hateful to me. My husband left me and our baby and left me raising a baby on my own not to mention paying all the bills including a high mortgage payment. They didn't have any compassion for me at all and frankly just didn't care but their web site says they have concern for people with financial difficulties. Bull S__!!!! They have added so many charges on my account that I cannot pay it and therefore they put me in foreclosure. how pathetic to kick a single mother and her baby out on the street instead of helping them in some way. They are COLD HEARTED people and like the saying goes "what comes around, goes around". :sigh
