CommentWhen I can get someone on the phone. They are like robots with programmed things to say.
I have asked to be switched to an American representative I was hung up on.
Many times I have corrected the person I am speaking with and they finally figure out that I am right about my facts.
They claim that they will update their records. But they still send me notices that state that I am delinquent.
How can a company not know what is going on like this? I want to sue them and would like to talk with anyone wanting to join together and make these people responsible for what they are doing.
They call and hang up. I try to answer and I can't beat them to it. They are very fast at hanging up.
Sometimes they call at least 5 times a day!
I have even spoken to a rep and thought I had a matter all cleared up. Only to have another one call and have no idea about what they are talking about.
Man, what a way to do business. Someone needs to do something about this company! Maybe if all of us band togehter they will have to address the situation!
I denfinatley want to sue them and I am currenlty looking into it. I have had it with Ocwen!

Now the sad thing about this is that the Federal laws which apply here in America on American debt collectors are not inforcable on foreign soil. If you want to sue you have to take your lawsuit to India! Therefore, you will have to name all the American CEO's in a joint lawsuit. Most likely their assets are hidden away in foreign countries like India where the dollar goes further. To get anywhere in India, you have to bribe local officials all the time. Now here's the information that all needs to know. Ocwen is not, I repeat not a creditor, so they can be sued as a third party debt collector. So on the very basis that they are reporting to the credit reporting agencies here in America, they are breaking the federal laws. Under law only creditors really have rights to collect. Unless you borrowed money or loans for home morgages directly from Ocwen, they are not creditors and have no right to sue you, so sue on false pretense that they are creditors hounding you. |

But they keep showing me 30 days behind" duh- if your on a forebearance agreement than you are late they dont set them up on upto date loans. so you are the only one to blame about the lates on the credit, the late charges you get charged. also if you are on a forebearance agreement then you had signed that agreement that tells you that you are still late & charges will be added to the loan, may want to start reading things b4 you start to sign them. and for the person who was saying " they are calling me trying to sell me health insurance, life insurance, " why would they try to sell you health & life insurance, they are loan serv company not an insurance company. |

When we had a claim six months later they backdated an insurance policy that we had never known. They split the claim by two less $1000.00 deductibles for each plus"recoverable damages" and then above all kept the money. We have to live in substandard conditions and what they offer is loan modification?? They don't get people die in unsafe house because they are in India and really don't give a sh__!Let's sue! |

Oh, and th forbearance plan is just another fee increaser. They show you behind even with the agreement! You still accrue late pays for the moths you are paying on time! I refuse to speak to them because the folks from INDIA SUCK! |

Written by we, on 06-10-2008 13:37 i too am an ocwen customer. they are calling me trying to sell me health insurance, life insurance, and now appliance insurance yet a year ago they overcharged me due to supposed tax increase but according to my local government there is no increase and i can only get someone from india every time i call that only reminds me that i need to make my payment anyway. |

But they will not accept the money and now they tell me they are forclosing tomorrow. Go ahead!! If they think they can get money out of it!!! And the *** towel head on the phone would not even let me talk to a manager!!! What *** heads!!! If you want to sue their *** let me know I will come with you!!! I will be more than happy to see their *** in court!!!! |

They messed up my credit report and reported me negative while I was never late, and they are unwilling to correct that mistake, I always get transfered to india, and when I ask to be transfered to the US, I get hanged up on. They are so ridiculous. I am so done with this company, and I have all the back up. I have records showing that I have been with them for 3 hrs every day and I havent accomplished a thing. |
