ocwen.i had to have surgery on my
left shoulder and would be off work for a month without pay for recovery.we called
ocwen a month in advance and asked for a month
deferral on our loan and explained the situation.a friendly
ocwen representative told us,"we don't give handouts,if you are looking for a handout, call the salvation army".they marked us late ever since.we have done loan modifications to keep our home due to their absurd fees.but now that my wife is working again they raised our
mortgage by 800 a month.we would gladly take part in a

WOW! Kandie, you sound just like us. Our loan was sold to Ocwen within just a few months of buying our house. Except we are still in the "we haven't finished reviewing your paperwork stage. I think we will just bypass them and use someone else to modify our loan.

We have owned our home for almost three years now, ocwen is who we have. We thought we were the only ones ocwen was screwing! My husband is a car salesman, in the past two years our income has been cut in half. We did a lone modicifation with ocwen, and they raised our payment by 500 dollers! now we are in forclosure. Ocwen has been telling us for the past two months they are working to help us lower our payment, but everytime we contact them they either cant find our paper work or it is still in process. I wish someone would do something about this company, because we were sold to them in the first year of our mortgage and now we cant get finenced anywere els. This company is fraudulant!!!!
