3. Written by mozryd, on 13-05-2008 12:26 I have just finished a forebearance plan that I was told "this is the only way for you to go. We can't accept two separate payments to bring your account current." I was three months behind offered two payments to become current and told forebearance was my only option. I did it, my last payment was 05.02.08, only to find out that they have me continued in forebearance until November 2008...NOT... I called and was given a "expenses" balance of $1,271.32 and "late fees" of $286.40, although my payments were taken directly from my checking account, no check writing involved to be late, on the 2 or 3 of every month. I asked for a breakdown of the fees, what a joke..maintenance fees umm I have a renter in the house, inspection fees what inspection, foreclosure fees x3, it never went into foreclosure. I would be more than willing to participate in a class action or anything else to end this kind of illegal and improper business. God Speed to all of us in our battle with this joke of a company.
4. Written by Kent, on 09-05-2008 14:57 I was screwed by ocwen as well. They were supposed to send me paperwork on a modification by 2-20-08 and I was then supposed to fill it out and send a large down payment in by 2-26-08. I didn't receive the mod agreement until 3-17-08. I did everything that the agreement said. Ocwen didn't apply my down to the modification. They never completed the modification. Greentree took over the loan, and now I have to go through the whole process. I thought that I was at a 7.5% fixed while repairing my credit, but I'm still at a 12.5% arm. Is there any help out there?

6. Written by vadcncar, on 03-05-2008 09:33 We to have Ocwen as a loan company and are in a foreclosure situation. I truly feel your pain and frustration. We found a guy who walks you through the process to go after this so called bank. Contact me at the e-mail listed below and I will give you all the info how to contact this guy. We are going through this guy right now and has stopped all forclosure proceedings. Going to another lender right now is only going to put you in a simular situation with another predatory lender. so contact me and I'll give you the contact name and number.
