Ocwen complaint

OUR HOME WAS SOLD AT A AUCTION FOR A HUNDRED DOLLARS WHEN YOUR HOME IS WORTH MORE THEY SAID KNOW ONE WANTED TO BID ON IT SO THE BANK SOLD IT BACK TO OCWEN .I JUST DONT UNDER STAND WHEN A JUDGE SETS A IDE YOUR HOME AND THEY SELL YOUER HOME ANY WHY IS THAT THE NEW LAW.AND YOUR HOME IS IN MARTIN COUNTY AND THEY AUCTION IT OFF IN FORT PIERCE .I AM REALLY PISSED OFF WITH THIS 2 COMPANYS AND THERE LAWYER WHAT THEY DID WAS WRONG.THEY NEED TO STOP TAKEING PEOPLE HOMES AND MAKEING MONEY FOR THERE SELF.

I am just another innocent victim of ocwen and hsbc. they combined to steal my money and then my house and now I just found out the sheriff will be coming in a few days to evict me from my home. It is sad that sheriffs have to enforce the fraud committed by Ocwen

Another loan place to definetly avoid is ozeloans in Glenorchy Hobart, they are the worst bunch of *** i have dealt with and i hope people will read this and avoid them like the plaque. bunch of rude arrogant *** that rip you off every chance they get.

I have been in the class action law siut since 2000.My house should have been paid off but ocwen decided my payments belong in their pocket and not applied to my loan.when Iwent to refinance I owed more than I borrowed.I have been making my payments every month for 13 years but my payments were not applied to my loan.Ocwen kept adding bogus fees.They ripped me off for 47,000 dollars
