Not that i didnt have any fault in the matter, but when all you get to talk to is some freaking idiot that cant speak english, its a freaking joke. I gave my house up voluntarily, but am reconsidering keeping it, but after hearing all of the horror stories, i dont think its worth it. well they wont have any luck getting my abstract or keys for that matter, i'd say i will see them in ***, but i am not that evil.

nice to see somone take some fault in the matter, i can tell you ocwen wants to save homes they do work with people but alot of people fall into the trap of "they helped me 3 months ago they will help me 1 more time & have people who default in 3,4,5,6, plans back to back & people who dont understand the difference on a fb plan, mod,re-fi...etc the customer most of the time will not give the help to themself to get out of the problem they are in

I know it stinks when you get people on the other end that really dont understand. I tried 3 times and finally got someone who did a loan modification, our monthly went from 2400 to 1800, no Sh*t. If you want to know how I did it e-mail me, but please no spam. Thanks.
