Can't believe Ocwen is in business!
I can't get a staight answer from one single person. Everytime I talk with someone the story changes, one person says I'm delinquent 2 payments another says 4 payments, the dates are never the same.
One person says I can't do a payment plan and I'm holding the paper that says I can. He says send one lump sum gave me his # and said to only deal with him, as he told me he also didn't see anything about my property tax, and said county couldn't do anything without their permission, I also had paper in hand. Next day I received certified letter from county, it said different. I wanted to make June payment and I was told I could not.
So I called and spoke to another person and it was a complete different scenario. I just want to get on track, but how can I when I don't even know where to begin. I also gave confirmation # to one of the payments and he said I would have to deal with another department. This is a relationship manager who looks at my file gives me different delinquent dates from the guy before and he told me he was helping me so I needed to help him and let him know what dates the first manager who is above the relationship manager gave me!
I also was not offered any type of paperwork per our agreement from #1 guy. Time is running out and I don't know what to do anymore. I can't trust any of it. I'm waiting for agreement from #2 guy but I have found the payments made.
Two of the dates were when they bought my loan and I was in bankruptcy 2013. I have since payed the bankruptcy off. May 31st was the first phone call almost 2hrs, June 8th was the next call same amount of time. I also spoke with someone the same day as the 1st call and the information was different from the next guy on the phone.
This has been going on for 3 1/2 years. I also had issues with the insurance papers I needed to send 5 times. I'm at the end of my rope! It is also very hard to understand each person I speak with, so continually I have to ask please say that again.
I don't want to speak with them again! Help please Tammie Tacito

I hold Ocwen at the level of Hitler, Mussolini and Polpot. This company and the people there are the absolute worst on the planet - bar none. The comment that immediatley comes to mind is "never get a straight answer from anyone there EVER," not even if your life depended it on it.
