Please Be aware that Ocwen Loan Services is commiting Insurance Fraud.
They are operated out of

Ocwen loan services has been informed repeatedly that
the placement of insurance on a structure worth less then $50,000 was erroneously insured for over $160,000
The structure is a primitive house structure .
The structure has no heating system .
It has an temporary power cord froma road ¼ mile away
for a small amount of electricity.
The plumbing system has a few garden hoses to a tub to wash dishes in and drains through *** in the wall .
It has no septic or sewer system.
Ocwen is aware of the situation and has done nothing to correct the over insurance situation
Ocwen refuses to listen to the homeowner and insists the homeowner provide insurance on an otherwise uninsurable structure .
The homeowner will not name the mortgage service provider as the lein holder because Ocwen Loan Servicing has committed fraud.
The homeowner has provided a notorized statement showing insurance for the appropriate amount.
Ocwen continues to extort funds from the homeowner and threaten forclosure ,
Ocwen refuses to accept appropriate house payments because it is attempting to extort funds from the homeowner .
Ocwen is charging Late charges of 240% apr
on the amounts fraudulently charged .
Ocwen admits that the charges are interest .
DO not do business with Ocwen Loan Servicing ..
If you work for Ocwen ....Quit and find legitimate employment.
If you live in Ohio file complaints with the Ohio Department of Commerce .

On hold with their customer service department for one hour and 45 minutes. Penned an email to ronald,faris@***.com and hung up the phone, only to have the email rejected -- email address is not valid.
Back to square one with this ridiculous organization. Failed to credit my last payment with previous mortgage company when Ocwen took over, told me I failed to submit all the proper paperwork for modification and now I can't get in touch with them via phone after almost two hours on hold.
