Ocwen should not be allowed/licensed to do any sort of financial business at all. They do not work with you , in fact they make very difficult to even communicate with them.
Ocwen has not accepted the payment of $**,***.** which I had made through my bank (TD Bank North) (the same manner in which I've been making payments for quite some time!) This is after not accepting the $**** payment I had made last month. I am very much aware of the fact that Ocwen has more than one law suite against it regarding how customers accounts are managed.
It's no secret that the customer service/care from Ocwen leaves much to be desired. Getting through on the phone to speak to a human (in English) is next to impossible yet very important to me.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
