When I call Ocwen on 3 different occasions I receved 3 different explanations for the issue.I got miss information wich caused my payment to be over 30 days.

These are managers that dont know there own company policies. the last manager I spoke to didnt even take the time to listen to my previous conversations with managers to understand what I had for issues and was very rude. Now I'm stuck with a bad credit thanks to OCWEN. NEVER EVER going to recomen this company to any one not even my worst enemy.

there INCOMPETENCE have cost me.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST>>>> Horrible.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
