Ocwen charges a fee to make a payment

I think its totally ridiculous & just a way for Ocwen to get more money out of their consumers..but they freakin' charge a fee for ya to make your mortgage pymt. Unless you have auto withdrawal you will pay a fee to make your pymt.
This is very unfair. If you make it through a representative you are going to pay a $19.50 fee (which they call a processing fee)...thats right..$19.50!!! To make it online its $10.00. Its just infuriates me!!!
Paying a fee to make your own pymt...its ridiclous!! I don't know how some companies get away with some of the things they do.

dont keep complaining for everything u ***!!..if u dont want to pay the fees then make the payment online or mail a regular check few days before the grace period..saxon wouldnt have kicked u out if u were a good customer for them..so that shows how good u r in making ur mortgage payemnts..dont be very demanding when u dont deserve to do so..
They charge to make online payments as well.
If your payment is not past five days due, you can make a payment online at no charge. Or you can do online bill pay from your bank and there is no charge for that.
Or mail them a check the old fashioned way. OCWEN is not the only company that charges to make payments that are past the due date if you want to rush the payment.
When my mortgage was with Saxon it cost me $2.50 to make my payment online through Western Union. As soon as Ocwen took over my mortgage it cost $12.50 to make my payment. No one would explain how that happened or how much of that $12.50 fee was kicked back to Ocwen.
