I have been an OCWEN Loan servicing company since 2005. I have had nothing but horrible service from them.

The company has a very confusing and misdirecting phone tree that leaves incomplete options, and when you do get a human being, they are in india, unable to assist and unable to direct you to a supervisor. Apparently there are no live american associates in the company who you can direct your frustration too. They have a horrible bbb record with numerous complaints and do not seem very responsive to their customers.

If I had to do it all over again, I would never have used a Mortgage broker who ultimately sold my loan to the wretched company. As the economy continues to falter, I have no choice but to ride this out until I can successfully make a change to my mortgage holder.

I just received your noticfication that my modification request has been turned down today...a request I started in November of 2011. Your reason is that I make too much money. My housing costs are less than 31 % of my income. Why would you put people through this aggravation and repeated requests for more information and having me talk to India and wait for callls that never come? HELPING HOMEOWNERS IS WHAT WE DO? If I can do anything in this government or within the law you will be addressed but I know that the big money people always win. I am a school teacher, trying to make it to retirement, "UNDER WATER" and you could have said how much do you make oh sorry we won't modify your loan not torture and stress me for 5 months. Waiting for people to go under.

And your "ombudsmen" never followed through on my complaints.

Helping homeowners is not what you do.

I am in the same situation with this company and I do not know what I am going to do. I need to sue them for what they did to me.

I just lost my house. This company says they are going to help and they do not. I was getting charged for $350.00 every month for escrow fee and I should have been charged for only the first month. Now I have refund for 23 years that I was paying and I did not know but on my statements they were tacking extra charges.

How *** I was not to check but that whats happens when you put trust into a company and they *** over like that.

Please contact me if there is anything I can do to get that money refunded back to me. Sincerely Esther Varonos

I make payment by Western Union or Money Gram. And Ocwen has been sending me statements that do not reflect credit for payments made. They insist I am due for June payment, will not consult records while I am on the phone, and always tell me that "someone will get back to me to take down the payment information". I have to date not been contacted.

Tonight a three page declaration was taped to my front door claiming I owe them for June,July,August and September payments. They further claim that Our house will go up for auction in January of 2012! All the paperwork shows Saxon Mortgage and a Duetch Bank (never hear of them) as owning the paper on our house. We where told several years ago the Ocwen "owned the paper". There was a phone number on these paper that is a "disconnected number".

It also claims we can get an attorney to represent us.

Give me a break! I am disabled, but, working for our government part time. My husband is a hard working carpenter that has stuck with a floundering company his boss owns, just because he needs a job and work.

I have spoken to neighbors and business people in the area, and guess what(?)a whole lot of people have Ocwen Loan Services to pay. Some of them are in same boat. Most do not know how to contact them. Phone lines do not necessarily get you a live person. Leaving messages got me no where. I just did an E-mail to what I hope is them.....showing proof of my payments/

We do not have money for an attorney to sort this out!

I just called OCWen and I was able to speak with a live person in Customer Service at 1-80*-***-**** who sounded like an American citizen. She explained to me that when they received my payment, they did not have my loan information from HomeEq yet.

They received it on September 7th and the statement they sent me was cut on September 6th.

She assured that they posted my mortgage payment retroactive to the actual day they received it, on August 30th. Now that I confirmed that they received my payment online, on their automated system and with a live person, I feel better, but I will be leary in the future after reading all the problems listed here.

After reading some of these docmplaints I am truly concerned. I really need to do a modification because my income changed next year, but it doesn't look like I have a chance in *** to do so.

I don't think they want to go through with any modification and it shows they have broken numerous of laws and will continue to do so, unless they are stopped.

I am disabled and have tried since Feb 09 to modify my loan with Ocwen since my income was permanently reduced due to the disability. I was never called or emailed back by Ocwen over months and months of submitting and resubmitting documents through a local housing counseling agency.

You can never get a direct answer from Ocwensรขโ‚ฌโ„ข outsourced phone reps from India, Ocwen lies to itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs customers and uses itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs outsourced phone representatives to misinform and lie for them , Ocwen รขโ‚ฌล“accidentallyรขโ‚ฌย loses paperwork or asked to have customers docs resubmitted over and over because of รขโ‚ฌล“Theirรขโ‚ฌย change in format and then promises nothing will happen to your home while they are "processing your modification". It is all a scam, they have over 1600 negative complaints on the internet that I am aware of. ALL too !!! similar.

They are being investigated by HUD and several state attorney generalรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs offices. They are slated to receive over $900 million in TARP funds this year alone to help their homeowner customers. Where is the money going?, since they obviously donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt help many or any customers? We all need to come together to show this company for what it really is.

Please help me spread the word. I have filed a HUD complaint in my state, I have spoken with my local State rep who has called Ocwenรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs attorney on my behalf only to be ignored by Ocwenรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs attorney until he called a second time. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general office in FLA were Ocwenรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs HQ is supposed to be and in my home state of PA.My email is abraham6141@***.com please feel free to share and to contact me. I intend to expose this company for what they really are no matter how long that takes.

They are a foreclosure mill that thrives on their customerรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs financial misery while taking millions in government money to รขโ‚ฌล“helpรขโ‚ฌย the same people they are predating. They string their financially troubled customers along with the promise of modification all the while planning to foreclose and take the property from the start. They thrive on elderly and disabled customers that they know have limited income without any chance of meeting the financial burdens Ocwen imposes upon them.

Please contact me if you need more info. I will be glad to help all customers of Ocwen that have endured the same hardship.

There may be fraud in your mortgage that you were not aware of. You can take that fraud and make those that broke the law pay rather than you paying them to defraud you.

When the banks break the law they owe you money, it says so in the law. The way to show they broke the law is in auditing the paperwork. A forensic audit performed by certified professionals can go over mortgage documents and find the violations of the law. Since a crime may have been committed you need to treat the paperwork as such.

From an audit then a letter asking for more information or a rescission letter asking for the return of all money paid in. From there litigation paperwork can be created ready to file into court. They do not want their violations of the law before a jury of 12 homeowners who may wonder if they were defrauded as well. See all the "mistakes" they make like losing document etc may be more than that, it may be intentional which is fraud.

endlessfrauddetection.com contains example after of example what the law says when it come to mortgages.

If the people are going to take back this country we need to do it one home at a time with the law. Once you have read the law and desire to see those that broke the law pay for breaking the law, contact steve@***.com to start taking back this country one home at a time
