401k retrieval from prior employment
Nobody at no number would help me find correct dept to address this issue. No one could care less.
everytime you call a different agent gives you a different number to call. No one can help or transfer to correct party. Horrible customer service. This place is not favorable.
Glad i left when i did. Just need my 401k.

Inaccurate information claiming that i was reported to the IRS as an employee. I need to speak with human resource personnel
Hello, My name is Lakeya Clark and I'm trying to get in contact with the human resource department of Owen and PHH mortgage company. I received a letter from the IRS telling me there was a form filed claiming I was an employee of these two companies and that I received income from these companies in 2019.
I've never worked for either of these companies. Because of this inaccurate information the IRS is saying i owe them money.

I had Ocwen from Jan-April of 2019. Then it changed to PHH.
Im behind in taxes, due to severe medical issues & need a 1098 form for the time we had Ocwen in 2019. Could you please faxed that to my tax person asap.The fax number is 636-265-****.
I also did request a 1098 from PHH & they are faxing it in an hour. I just didnt know if the interest on their form was all together in the PHH 1098 form.

What is speaking to them going to do. IF you haven't already, you should immediately establish credit freezes and pull your credit.
It sounds like someone either stole your identity or there was a typo error made.
Send the IRS a registered letter telling them you never worked for these people and have them have these people verify your employment. It's better than trying to leave your email and phone# on a site that has NOTHING to do with ANY business.
